The PEJE is a Boston-based, national philanthropy that provides technical expertise to day schools by furnishing fundraising consultants who assist the schools in strengthening their development/fundraising capacities. Through a comprehensive program review, Brad Rose Consulting made recommendations to PEJE leaders for enhancing the program’s long-term effectiveness.

Jewish Teen Leaders Fellowship (JTLF) Program Evaluation
The JTLF is a national, youth leadership development initiative that recruits and trained teen leaders from 8 cities to design and carry out service projects in teen’s home communities. We consulted with JTLF to evaluate the program’s effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship Program Review
The Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship program seeks to increase the number of minority students, and others with a demonstrated commitment to diversity in higher education, to pursue PhDs in core fields in the Arts and Sciences. Since inception, the program has involved more than 2700 students at more than 70 colleges and universities. Our program review documented the 20-year-old program’s achievements and challenges; indicated the effects of the program on participants and program stakeholders; and provided information designed to strengthen future program operation.
